随着我国城市化和新型工业化进程的不断推进,建筑与房地产业已成为国民经济的支柱产业,工程管理专业人才的市场需求日益增加。工程管理专业以工程技术、管理、经济和法律为四个重要支撑平台。在构建基于知识融合的工程管理“四个平台”体系的基础上,深入剖析了工程管理专业“四个平台”体系传统教学模式存在的弊端;进而提出了基于知识融合的工程管理专业平台课程集成模式——“渐进式一体化”教学模式。最后,进一步探讨了工程管理专业教学体系创新的思路及实施措施。
With the progress of urbanization and new industrialization in our country, construction and real estate have become the pillar industries of the national economy, and the market demand for engineering management professionals is increasing day by day. Engineering management professional engineering, management, economy and law as the four important support platform. On the basis of constructing “four platforms” system of project management based on knowledge fusion, this paper deeply analyzes the shortcomings of traditional teaching mode of project management specialty “four platforms ” system, and then proposes project management based on knowledge fusion Professional Platform Course Integration Mode - “Progressive Integration ” Teaching Mode. Finally, the ideas and implementation measures of the innovation of engineering management specialty teaching system are further discussed.
