研究室的工作,在一九五○年工作基础上,在具体进行中,根据我省「巩固祖国国防,发展本省经济」的方针,并成为贯彻这一方针的枢纽作用,我们检查总结这一阶段的工作,从本身任务来估计,有成绩,有缺点,并有很多不够;因此我们初步的经验,大致得到以下几点:(一)掌握情况,研究政策,配合中心工作,深入调查研究,整理系统材料,摸取与介绍典型经验是做好工作的基础:
