端午节吃粽子和元宵吃汤圆、中秋吃月饼一样,千百年来已成为中华民族影响最大,覆盖面最广的节日食俗。端午节吃粽子这个风俗来源有许多不同说法,最普遍的说法是为了纪念五月五日投汩罗江而死的战国时爱国诗人屈原。过去,我以为端午节吃粽子是汉族的“专利”。其实,我国少数民族别说在端午节,即便在平时也有吃粽子的习俗。
