目的探讨优质护理对抑郁症患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年1~5月在我院住院的抑郁症患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组及对照组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上增加优质护理。结果对照组总依从率为36.7%,实验组总依从率为96.7%,两组依从性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量评分上,实验组在躯体功能、心理功能及社会功能三个方面分数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能明显提高抑郁症患者治疗依从性及生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality nursing on treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with depression. Methods Depression patients hospitalized in our hospital from January to May, 2016 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing. The experimental group added high-quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Results The total compliance rate of the control group was 36.7%, and the total compliance rate of the experimental group was 96.7%, the compliance of the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). On the quality of life score, the physical, psychological and social functions The score of three aspects was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Quality care can significantly improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with depression.
