当前高职教育的误区与改革方略探讨

高职教育的现状,提出了如何培养实用性人才的问题,文章就此讨论了高职教育的职能和教材不合理、实训不到位、师资不适应的问题,研究了高职教育开门办学,实施合作教育,为社会培养高级实用性人才的对策。提出打造双师型师资队伍,加强产学研合作,提高实训环节相配套的教材;发挥行业优势和资源,建立政府领导下的校企联合办学是高职教育未来方向。

The status quo of higher vocational education, put forward how to cultivate practical talents, the article discussed the function of higher vocational education and teaching materials is not reasonable, practical training is not in place, teachers are not suited to the problem, the study of higher vocational education to open schools, the implementation of Cooperative education, for the community to cultivate highly practical talented people. It is the future direction of higher vocational education to set up a double teacher faculty, strengthen the cooperation among industry, universities and research institutes and improve the practical training course; to give play to the advantages and resources of the industry and establish a joint school run by the government under the leadership of the government.
