第二章 冲压工艺基础知识 一、冲压工艺的特点 冲压生产所用设备为各种压力机,并配上各种形式的模具。冲压时,利用压力机的冲压力,在冷态下,对金属板料、条料、带料或非金属板料进行压力加工。 采用冲压加工,从技术方面讲,板料在冲床简单的冲击下,即可得到形状复杂、精度较高的互换性零件。这种零件,强度、刚度高而重量轻。从经济方面讲,材料利用率高;可利用自动机床,提高生产率;操作简单,可使用等级较低的工人操作。 二、冲压工序的基本分类 冲压工序按材料的不同变形方式可划分为五大类。 1.冲裁:沿着材料封闭或敞开的轮廓,使材料 的一部分和另一部分分离。 2.弯曲:将平直的毛料变为弯曲件。 3.压延:将平直的毛料变为空心件,或将空心 件尺寸作进一步的改变。 4.成形:通过局部变形,使毛料或零件改变形 状。
