现代工业所使用的环形零件,通常利用热轧的环形毛坯,经过机械加工来制造。采用这种方法制造环形零件,大量金属变成了切屑,金属损耗较多,制造成本较高。为了消除机械加工或最大限度地减少切削加工量,应实现环形零件少或无切削工艺的生产。最近20多年来,一些国家研究并应用精密冷轧工艺制造环形零件,取得了显著的经济效果。本文将着重介绍轴承圈冷轧工艺、带肩环形件的端面冷轧工艺及喷气发动机环形零件的冷轧工艺。
Ring parts used in modern industry are usually machined from hot-rolled ring blanks. Using this method of manufacturing ring parts, a large number of metal into a chip, metal loss more expensive to manufacture. In order to eliminate machining or to minimize the amount of machining, ring parts should be achieved or no cutting process of production. In recent 20 years, some countries have studied and applied the manufacturing technology of precision cold rolling ring parts, and achieved remarkable economic results. This article will focus on the bearing ring cold rolling process, with the shoulder ring cold-rolled end of the process and the jet engine ring parts cold-rolled process.
