促黄体生成素（LH）是腺垂体分泌的一种促性腺激素，排卵前LH峰值的出现是导致排卵的重要诱因。通过检测尿液中LH峰水平，可以明确排卵功能是否正常，预测排卵，有效地把握受孕和避孕的最佳时机。利用胶体金LH免疫层析试纸检测LH水平是目前预测排卵较为简单快捷的方法。
