一、前言 一九八○年,从西德道依茨公司引进了FL912和FL413型风冷柴油机专利。该机性能要求最高排气温度达800℃,故采用高碳马氏体8Cr20Si2Ni为进气阀材料,5Cr21MngNi4Nb2WN为排气阀材料。然而该专利引进仅只有阀门加工尺寸和性能验收数据,关于化学成分范围、热处理工艺和性能分析在专利和国外资料上均未见到。为达到引进、消化、提高创新。几年来就铌、氮及热处理制度对21-4N+WNb钢的加工工艺和性能的影响进行了试验。通过研制和3000小时耐久台架试验表明该钢的热、冷加工性及高温性能均为优越,达到目前国外同类钢种水平。
