茂名市位于广东西部沿海,区位优越、资源丰富,但经济欠发达。在广东省实施“双转移”战略、推动区域协调发展的大背景下,强化招商引资成为茂名实现加快发展、持续发展的最佳路径。本文较为客观地分析了制约茂名招商引资的瓶颈因素,既有诸如交通条件等硬环境的制约,也有服务缺位等软环境的束缚,并有针对性地提出茂名加快招商引资、实现跨越发展的建议和对策,以期对地方发展,特别是经济发展起到有益的借鉴作用。 Maoming City is located in the western coast of Guangdong, superior location, rich in resources, but the economy is less developed. Under the background of implementing “Double Transfer” strategy in Guangdong Province and promoting coordinated regional development, strengthening investment promotion has become the best way to speed up development and achieve sustainable development in Maoming. This article objectively analyzes the bottleneck factors restricting investment in Maoming, not only constrained by hard environment such as traffic conditions, but also has the limitation of soft environment such as lack of service, and puts forward the proposal that Maoming can speed up investment attraction and achieve leapfrog development And countermeasures, with a view to local development, especially economic development has played a useful reference.
