近年来,我省各地区林下经济发展取得了积极成效,对于增加农民收入、巩固集体林权制度改革和生态建设成果、加快林业产业结构调整步伐发挥了重要作用。本文简述了陆河县发展林下经济的意义和林下经济的发展现状,指出目前还存在基础条件差、发展规模小、模式和品种单一、管理水平底等存在问题和困难,提出了林下经济发展模式和对策,对林下经济的可持续发展提出了的建议。
In recent years, the underdeveloped economy in all regions of our province has achieved positive results, which has played an important role in increasing farmers’ income, consolidating the achievements in the reform of collective forest rights system and ecological construction, and accelerating the pace of structural adjustment of forestry industry. This article briefly describes the significance of developing under-forest economy and the development of under-forest economy in Luhe County. It points out that there are still some problems and difficulties such as poor basic conditions, small scale of development, single mode and variety, and management level. Under the economic development model and countermeasures, the sustainable development of under-forest economy put forward suggestions.
