专家们新近向记者描绘了中国综合治理与开发大江大河的蓝图。其中令人瞩目的大工程有:建设长江、黄河、珠江、淮河、海河、辽河、松花江等七大江河的工程和非工程防洪体系;开发长江中上游、黄河上游和红水河的水力资源;南水北调;疏通4000公里的内河航道,等等。这是国家正在拟议中的国土整治规划的一个重要组成部分。
Experts recently portrayed to reporters the blueprint of China’s comprehensive governance and development of the great rivers. One of the major projects attracting attention is the construction of engineering and non-engineering flood control systems for the seven major rivers, the Yangtze River, the Yellow River, the Pearl River, the Huaihe River, the Haihe River, the Liaohe River and the Songhua River. The development of hydropower resources in the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River, the upper reaches of the Yellow River and the Hongshui River ; South-North Water Diversion; dredging 4,000 km of inland waterway, etc. This is an important part of the national land readjustment plan now being proposed.
