如何提高班主任工作的有效性是笔者正在努力探索的问题。在班级管理的实践中发现,在班级管理中用好暗示法能发挥重要作用。本文结合案例分析,阐述巧用良好的环境暗示、鼓励的语言暗示、积极的行为暗示、健康的心理暗示、教师的人格魅力,能重视学生的自我教育和不同侧面的暗示教育,从而加强师生之间心灵与情感的沟通,达到理想的教育效果,有效地“内化观点,外化行为”。
How to improve the effectiveness of the class teacher is the author is trying to explore the issue.
