以3~4年生盆栽芍药为试材,采用光合测定系统测定不同生长期供硅对芍药叶片SPAD值、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率以及水分利用效率等的影响。结果表明:随着硅肥施用量的增加,芍药叶片SPAD值、净光合速率、气孔导度以及水分利用效率在不同生长期均表现出增加的趋势,施硅量为60mg/kg干基质时达到最大值;蒸腾速率则呈逐渐降低的趋势,当施硅量为60mg/kg干基质时达到最小值。施硅量达80mg/kg干基质时,芍药叶片光合特性及水分利用效率仍优于对照,并未对芍药生长造成严重影响。
The effects of silicon supply at different growth stages on the SPAD value, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and water use efficiency of peonies leaves were determined by using photosynthesis measuring system. The results showed that the SPAD value, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and water use efficiency of Paeonia lactiflora showed an increasing trend at different growth stages with the increasing of silicon fertilizer application. When the amount of silicon fertilizer was 60mg / kg dry matrix, Maximum; transpiration rate showed a gradual downward trend, reaching the minimum when the amount of silicon was 60mg / kg dry matrix. When the amount of silicon was up to 80mg / kg dry matrix, the photosynthetic characteristics and water use efficiency of peony leaves were still better than those of the control, which did not seriously affect the growth of peony.
