一、工程概况:复兴门立交桥位于复兴门大街与二环路相交处。复兴门大街是北京的重要交通干线,平日车辆频繁,遇节、假日或迎接外宾,是群众集会、游行必经之要道。二环路系配合地铁工程而新辟的环城街道,建成通车后,亦将成为全市性主要交通干道之一。为了避免在这样两条干道交叉口处发生交通阻塞,提高行车速度,适应首都日益发展的交通需要,以及有利于战备疏散,北京市经上报中央批准后,决定在配合地铁工程修建的同时,在复兴门修建道路立体交叉。根据规划要求,复兴门大街布置在立交的上层,二环路穿过立交桥下。在交叉路口的左、右行车辆,一律通过立交
