我校语文教研组是一个大组,有二十一位教师。总的来看,他们的政治素质和业务水平都比较好。作为协助校长组织全校教学活动的教导处,我们比较重视抓好语文组的建设。从这个组的实际情况出发,我们抓了四方面的工作。一、统一教学思想。我们安排一定的教师政治学习和教研活动时间,组织全组教师认真学习党的教育方针和党对教育工作的指示,逐步明确语文教学在贯彻党的教育方针、培养四化建设人才中的作用。启发大家想全局,把立足点放在培养建设人才上,从只应付高考
The language teaching and research section of our school is a large group with 21 teachers. In general, their political quality and business level are relatively good. As a teaching office that assists the principals in organizing teaching activities throughout the school, we pay more attention to the construction of language groups. From the actual situation of this group, we have taken four tasks. First, unified teaching thinking. We arrange certain time for teachers’ political studies and teaching and research activities. We organize teachers in the entire group to conscientiously study the party’s education policy and the party’s instructions on education, and gradually clarify the role of Chinese teaching in implementing the party’s education policy and cultivating the “four modernization” talents. Encourage everyone to think about the whole situation and put their foothold on training and building talents, and only meet the college entrance examination.
