在鲁迅诞生一百周年的纪念日来到时,我们美术工作者,应该是怀着感激与眷恋之情,来怀念他的。鲁迅不仅是一位伟大的文学家,而且,是我国新美术事业的勇敢的拓荒者和辛勤的园丁,又是美术家的领路人和艺术导师。他的心血,一滴一滴洒向艺苑,他的生命付予艺术事业,他抚育了我国第一代新美术工作者,他培植了艺苑里第一批新苗。他所留下的艺术业绩,是不朽的。他所遗留给我们的艺术论著,至今是我们宝贵的思想与艺术的宝库。
When the commemoration day of the hundredth anniversary of the birth of Lu Xun comes, our art workers should miss him with gratitude and attachment. Lu Xun is not only a great writer, but also a brave pioneer and industrious gardener of the new art career in our country. He is also a leader and art instructor of artists. His painstaking efforts sprinkled Art Gallery and his life was paid for his artistic career. He nurtured the first generation of new art workers in our country and he cultivated the first batch of new seedlings in Yiyuan. His artistic performance is immortal. The art works he has left behind to us are by far the treasures of our precious ideas and art.
