长江三峡水利枢纽是世界上极其伟大的共产主义工程。仅只为浇注大坝混凝土用的施工栈桥就异常庞大。在栈桥上面要铺设标准轨距的轨道五条和同时运用30台每台自重达700吨的巨型双悬臂起重机的轨道两条。第一期工程所需的栈桥高达90米,随后还要求整个桥面提升两次,每次提升高度为35米。而且,整个栈桥还必须在预定的期限内,迅速完成安装和提升工作。本文系对栈桥的初步设计提出初步研究成果。栈桥的梁部结构建议采用焊接钢钣梁,主梁为全焊24米跨度的标准铁路钣梁。对支墩结构提出两个方案:一个是两米直径钢筋混凝土管柱支墩;另一个是钢塔架结构。在本文中提出了初步设计的必要数据,包括两个方案的工程数量,安装方法和工期等等。建议采用的是钢筋混凝土管柱支墩方案,主要考虑钢材的节约。
The Three Gorges Project in the Yangtze River is an extremely great communist project in the world. Only for the construction of concrete pouring dams bridge exceptionally large. Above the trestle, there should be five tracks with standard gauge and two tracks simultaneously using 30 giant dual cantilever cranes weighing 700 tons each. The first phase of the project required trestle up to 90 meters, then also requires the entire deck to enhance twice, each lifting height of 35 meters. This paper puts forward the preliminary research results on the preliminary design of trestle. The structure of the beam of the trestle is proposed to adopt the welded steel sheet metal beam, which is a standard railway beam-beam with a total span of 24 meters. Two schemes are proposed for the pier structure: one is a two meter diameter reinforced concrete column support pier; the other is a steel tower structure. In this paper, the necessary data for preliminary design are proposed, including the number of projects, installation methods and construction period of the two schemes. Proposed to be reinforced concrete column pier plan, the main consideration of steel savings.
