本文阐述了演奏技能的形成的四阶段,即认知定向阶段、局部动作阶段、整合动作阶段、协调完善阶段。并阐述了训练目的和方法的五方面,即明确训练目的方面、练习时间与内容方面、练习速度与质量方面、多样化练习与信息反馈方面、心理素质培养方面。通过对演奏技能科学训练方法的探讨,使基层器乐教师更好地了解技能形成的阶段性以及科学训练的方法,增进理论知识,避免认识误区,使科学的态度和方法指导技能训练,顺利度过技能学习的低谷期,提高整体教学水平。
This article elaborates the four stages of the formation of playing skills, namely the cognitive orientation stage, the local action stage, the integration movement stage and the coordination improvement stage. It also expounds five aspects of the purpose and method of training, namely, the purpose of training, the time and content of practice, the speed and quality of practice, the variety of exercises and information feedback, and the cultivation of psychological quality. Through the discussion of the scientific training methods of playing skills, the primary instrumental music teachers can better understand the stages of the formation of skills and the methods of scientific training, enhance the theoretical knowledge, avoid misunderstanding and make scientific attitudes and methods guide the training of skills smoothly The trough of skills learning to improve the overall level of teaching.
