建立同时测定6种邻苯二甲酸酯的气相色谱质谱联用分析方法。选用正己烷超声提取,平行蒸发浓缩定量。采用气相色谱质谱联用进行检测,整个分离过程在12.5 min内完成。6种邻苯二甲酸酯检出限达到0.20 mg/kg,添加水平在0.2~1.0 mg/kg时,回收率达到80.6%~96.3%,相对标准偏差在2.1%~6.8%之间,该方法简便快捷,准确度高,可满足与食品接触材料中6种邻苯二甲酸酯的同时检测及确证工作的需要。
A simultaneous gas chromatography-mass spectrometric method for the determination of six phthalates was established. Use n-hexane ultrasonic extraction, parallel quantitative evaporation. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to detect the whole separation process in 12.5 min. The detection limits of 6 kinds of phthalates reached 0.20 mg / kg and the recoveries reached 80.6% ~ 96.3% with the relative standard deviations between 2.1% ~ 6.8% at 0.2 ~ 1.0 mg / kg The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can meet the needs of simultaneous detection and confirmation of 6 kinds of phthalates in food contact materials.
