实践教学体系存在诸多问题,导致旅游管理专业人才培养质量不高,效果不理想,因此,构建一个科学系统的旅游管理专业实践教学体系非常必要。以“四级”能力培养为主线的实践教学体系的构建,不仅具有理论的指导,而且有厚实的实证支撑,也具有系统性。以之开展专业实践教学,不仅能较好地解决旅游管理专业实践教学存在的问题,也能够更好地实现专业人才培养目标,提高实践教学的质量,增强学生就业的竞争力。
There are many problems in the practice teaching system, resulting in the poor quality of tourism management professionals training and the unsatisfactory results. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a scientific and practical teaching system of tourism management major. The construction of the practical teaching system based on the “four levels” ability cultivation not only has theoretical guidance, but also has solid empirical support as well as systematicness. To carry out professional practice teaching, not only can better solve the problems of practical teaching of tourism management major, but also can better achieve the goal of professional personnel training, improve the quality of practical teaching and enhance the competitiveness of students’ employment.
