嗜酸粒细胞来自造血干细胞,造血干细胞起源于胚胎早期卵黄囊壁上的血岛,在胚胎期的肝、脾是造血干细胞形成嗜酸粒细胞的微环境,而作为中枢淋巴器官的胸腺,则是T淋巴细胞形成和培育的微环境,胎儿胸腺中却有大量嗜酸粒细胞出现,胸腺是否也是嗜酸粒细胞培育的微环境,报道甚少。本文为了探索该问题,对12~40周的胎儿胸腺组织发生与嗜酸粒细胞进行了形态学观察。认为嗜酸粒细胞最早出现于胎儿12周的胸腺。
