正常二尖瓣曲线图形正常二尖瓣前叶曲线舒张期为双峰形,收缩期呈由低向高缓慢上升的平段。曲线各点名称分别为A、B、C、D、E、F、G。左房收缩,房内压力升高,推起处于半关闭状态的二尖瓣前叶,使其位置前移,形成A峰。心房收缩过后,房内压力下降,二尖瓣恢复半关闭状态,形成B点。紧接左室收缩,左室压力迅速升高,当超过左房压力时,推二尖瓣前叶后移,前后叶合拢关闭,形成C点。一般情况下,房室收缩是连续进行
