[处方]乌悔、川椒、黄柏等分,鲜生姜适量(以能调和诸药成膏时为度)。[方法]上三味为末。鲜姜洗净,制成膏状,用姜膏调前三味药末成糊状(也即复方姜膏)。将姜膏摊在纱布上,外敷于神阀穴(“肚脐”),用胶布加压固定。[药理]中医:乌梅涩肠止泻,川椒温里散寒,生姜以温,佐川椒以温散,黄柏以寒,反佐椒、姜以制其熏热。四药相合,热多寒少,以热胜寒。
