重组方案有利于打造一个百联集团旗下经营百货和超商业务的唯一上市平台2011年2月9日,友谊股份和百联股份双双公告,上海市商委已原则同意友谊股份发行股份购买资产及以新增股份换股吸收合并百联股份,合并后存续企业名称改为“上海百联集团股份有限公司”。此后百联股份将被注销。
