North Korean women prisoners of war who were repatriated on May 3 said that there are also dozens of wounded and wounded young women detained on the Geoji Island for deportation. Almost all of them were tortured in what they call “slaughterhouses” of women’s detention facilities. Three of the twenty-one personnel repatriated on 4 May were severed hands and arms, their arms and thighs were cut off without any medically necessary basis. One of them lay on a stretcher and her arm was pulpy by the stick of the U.S. gendarmerie. The other, Li Xiang Ying, has become a madman after being raped by the U.S. guards. Her comrades told me how they had tried to protect her.
