近年来,医疗卫生行业正在逐步推行ISO9000质量管理体系方法,完善质量管理,提高服务质量。在医院全面贯彻ISO9000标准之前,我们尝试在局部范围采用质量管理体系原理,确定病案管理的活动过程,分析病案管理中的质量因素,抓关键点的质量控制,在提高病案管理工作的规范性,保证工作质量方面,得到一些收益和体会,也为在全院范围推行ISO9001,2000标准摸索了一些经验。本文归纳了有关内容,供大家探讨。
In recent years, the medical and health industry is gradually implementing the ISO9000 quality management system method, improving quality management and improving service quality. Before the hospital fully implements the ISO9000 standard, we try to adopt the principle of quality management system in a local scope, determine the activity process of the medical record management, analyze the quality factors in the medical record management, grasp the key point quality control, and improve the standardization of the medical record management work. To ensure the quality of work, I gained some benefits and experience, and I also tried to explore some experiences in implementing the ISO9001, 2000 standards in the whole hospital.
