組织材料的來源:可分下列两種: 甲、人體的——係取自初生死嬰,在死後十小時內進行屍体解剖,取其甲狀腺、腎上腺、肝、脾、胰等脏器應用,原則上是無菌手續取得。乙、动物的——取自牛、羊、犬三种动物的內臟,牛的臟器取自屠宰場。羊与犬的均自行屠殺採取。牛羊的脏器价昂,故已往採取的,以犬的为主。屠犬的方法一般慣用圆棍猛擊犬鼻,现改用大號穿刺
