目的建立形态、病理、行为表现及血流动力学特点都更加逼真的动脉瘤动物模型,并应用彩色多普勒对动脉瘤模型进行评价。方法采用新西兰大白兔16只,应用显微缝合法制作侧方动脉瘤模型8只,顶端动脉瘤模型8只。分别于动脉瘤建立后即刻和2周测量动脉瘤的直径,并于2周后行彩色多普勒测定载瘤动脉及动脉瘤内血流速度。结果共制作侧方动脉瘤模型8个,顶端动脉瘤模型8个,其中顶端动脉瘤模型有1枚动脉瘤模型建立术后24小时破裂,1枚动脉瘤术后2周破裂。2周后行彩色多普勒检查发现载瘤动脉血流速度较动脉瘤内血流速度快,动脉瘤内为双向等速涡流血流。结论经弹力酶和胶原酶处理新型兔动脉瘤模型,为动脉瘤的血流动力学研究提供了坚实基础。彩色多普勒成功应用于动脉瘤模型的评价,成为动脉瘤血流动力学研究新的辅助工具。
Objective To establish an animal model of aneurysm with more vivid morphological, pathological, behavioral and hemodynamic features, and evaluate the aneurysm model by color Doppler. Methods Sixteen New Zealand white rabbits were used. Eight lateral aneurysm models and eight apical aneurysms were made by micro-suture method. The diameters of aneurysms were measured immediately after and 2 weeks after aneurysm establishment. The blood flow velocity in the parent artery and aneurysm was measured by color Doppler after 2 weeks. Results A total of 8 models of lateral aneurysms and 8 models of apical aneurysms were made. Among them, one aneurysm model of the apical aneurysm model was established at 24 hours after operation and one aneurysm ruptured at 2 weeks after operation. Two weeks after the line color Doppler examination showed that the carrier artery blood flow velocity aneurysm faster than the aneurysm, the aneurysm is a two-way constant velocity vortex flow. Conclusion The treatment of a new rabbit aneurysm model with elastase and collagenase provides a solid foundation for the study of hemodynamics in aneurysms. Color Doppler has been successfully applied in the evaluation of aneurysm models and has become a new auxiliary tool for aneurysm hemodynamics.
