随着稠油开发的不断深入,开采的稠油粘度不断升高、埋藏深度不断增大。在近几年的开采过程中,注汽压力不断升高,要求的注汽设备性能指标也越来越高,亚临界注汽锅炉得到了广泛的应用。但如何提高高粘度稠油的整体开采效果?本文通过蒸汽特性对稠油开采效果影响的分析,为提高稠油开采效果,除尽可能使注汽锅炉提高运行干度外,降低热损失,提高蒸汽比容减少蒸汽自重压力,使得到达油井油层的蒸汽尽可能多的气态,使其加热模式更加合理。
