本工作采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,对四个小麦远缘杂种及其双亲的酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱进行了分析比较,并结合田间生物学特性、形态特征和农艺性状的观察,探讨酶谱差异与杂种遗传性变异之间的关系。实验结果表明:变异大的杂种其酶谱与双亲相比也出现较大的差异,有些组合杂种的微小变异在酶谱上也有所反映,如在形态上与母本无明显变异但长势较强的杂种,常显现新的杂种酶带或双亲的互补酶带。这些酶谱的变化反映了遗传信息的重组和丰富,使杂种出现一些新性状或生长优势较强。
In this study, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to analyze and compare the esterase and peroxidase isoenzyme patterns of four wheat distant hybrids and their parents. The experimental results showed that the variation of the zymogram of hybrids with large variation also showed great differences compared with that of their parents. The slight variation of hybrids of some hybrids was also reflected in the zymogram. For example, there was no obvious variation in morphology but strong growth Of hybrids, often showing new hybrid enzyme bands or parents complementary enzyme band. The changes of these zymograms reflect the recombination and enrichment of genetic information, resulting in some new traits or strong growth advantages of hybrids.
