目的 :探讨上皮型钙粘附蛋白 ( E- cad)在胆囊癌中的表达及其与侵袭转移的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学 ( SP法 )检测 5 5例胆囊癌 E- cad表达情况。结果 :在胆囊癌中 ,E- cad异常表达率显著高于正常胆囊组织。在乳头状腺癌、管状腺癌、粘液腺癌和腺麟癌中 ,E- cad异常表达与组织类型无关。在高、中分化和低分化胆囊癌中 ,E- cad异常表达与组织分化和临床分期显著相关。随着胆囊癌向周围组织的浸润 E- cad异常表达明显升高。在有淋巴结转移组 ,E- cad异常表达显著高于淋巴结未转移组。结论 :E- cad异常表达与胆囊癌侵袭转移关系密切 ,E- cad检测将有助于评估胆囊癌侵袭转移潜能 ,并具有临床抗侵袭转移治疗应用前景
Objective: To investigate the expression of E-cadherin in gallbladder carcinoma and its relationship with invasion and metastasis. Methods: The expression of E-cadherin in 55 gallbladder carcinomas was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results: In gallbladder carcinoma, the abnormal expression of E-cad was significantly higher than that of normal gallbladder. In papillary adenocarcinoma, tubular adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma and adenocarcinoma, the abnormal expression of E-cadherin has nothing to do with the type of tissue. In high, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated gallbladder carcinomas, abnormal expression of E-cadherin is significantly associated with tissue differentiation and clinical stage. E-cad expression was significantly increased with the infiltration of gallbladder carcinoma into the surrounding tissues. The abnormal expression of E-cadherin in lymph node metastasis group was significantly higher than that in lymph node non-metastasis group. Conclusion: The abnormal expression of E-cadherin is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of gallbladder carcinoma. The detection of E-cad will be helpful to evaluate the potential of invasion and metastasis of gallbladder carcinoma, and has the prospect of anti-invasion and metastasis therapy
