为财经类高校经管类专业学生开设《经济法》课程,目的在于满足财经类学生对基本财经法律知识的掌握,使学生既懂财经又懂法律,以满足社会对经管类人才的需求。教材乃教学之本,尤为重要。本文在对市场上《经济法》教材进行分析的基础上,结合自身教学实践,提出按照专业特点编写《经济法》教材,以便提高《经济法》课程的实用性,培养出更为出色的经管类人才。
The course of “Economic Law” is set up for students majoring in economics and management in colleges and universities of finance and economics to meet the needs of financial students in mastering the basic financial and economic laws so that students not only have the financial and legal knowledge but also meet the social demands for economic management talents. Teaching materials is the teaching of this is particularly important. Based on the analysis of the teaching materials of “Economic Law” in the market and combining with its own teaching practice, this paper proposes that the textbook of “Economic Law” should be compiled according to its professional characteristics in order to improve the practicability of “Economic Law” course and to cultivate better management Talents.
