用酶联葡萄球菌A蛋白(HRP-PA)作标记抗体,对树鼩(Tupaia balangeri)脑含DBH神经元进行了光镜和电镜免疫组化观察。发现除蓝斑外,乳头体区也有DBH强阳性反应神经元胞体,这是在大鼠、猴等动物所未报告过的。电镜下见:DBH免疫阳性反应不均匀地分布于乳头体区阳性神经元核周部胞质内,特别与内质网膜以及大、小颗粒囊泡膜相关。偶见与线粒体外膜相关。但在高尔基体膜未见到典型的阳性反应物。
The HRP-PA antibody was used as a labeled antibody to observe the DBH neurons in the Tupaia balangeri brain by light and electron microscopy. Found in addition to the blue spot, the nipple area also has strong DBH positive reactive neuronal soma, which is not reported in animals such as rats, monkeys and so on. Under electron microscope, DBH immunopositive reaction was unevenly distributed in the cytoplasm of the perinuclear region of the positive neurons in the nipple area, especially related to the endoplasmic reticulum membrane and the large and small granular vesicle membranes. Occasionally associated with mitochondrial outer membrane. However, no typical positive reactants were found in Golgi membranes.
