为认真贯彻落实《财政部国家林业局关于印发〈森林资源资产评估管理暂行规定〉的通知》(财企[2006]529号)文件精神,推进全国集体林权制度改革工作,提高森林资源资产评估咨询人员业务水平,2007年6月18日至27日,国家林业局与中国资产评估协会在福建林业职业技术学院举办了首期森林资源资产评估咨询人员培训班。中评协副秘书长杨松堂参加开班仪式并首场授课。国家林业局计财司、国家林业局人才中心、福建省林业厅、福建省资产评估协会的有关领导出席了开班仪式。来自福建省从事森林资源资产评估咨询的150多名人员参加了此次培训。
In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the document of the State Forestry Administration of the Ministry of Finance on Printing and Distributing the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Assets Evaluation of Forest Resources (Caiqi [2006] No. 529), promote the reform of the national collective forest rights system and improve the assessment of forest resources assets Consultant level of business, from June 18 to June 27, 2007, the State Forestry Administration and China Association of Asset Appraisers held the first training course on forest resource assets appraisal consultants in Fujian Forestry College. Yang Songtang, deputy secretary general of China Appraisal Association, attended the opening ceremony and delivered the first lecture. Relevant leaders from the State Forestry Administration, the Department of Financial Planning, the State Forestry Administration Talent Center, the Fujian Provincial Department of Forestry and the Fujian Assets Appraisal Association attended the opening ceremony. More than 150 people from Fujian Province engaged in assessment of forest resources assets participated in the training.
