今年1月,教育部向各省、市、自治区教育厅(局)发出《关于加强小学在职教师进修工作的意见》的通知,就当前小学在职教师进修工作的若干问题提出七条意见。现摘登如下: 一、调整、修订小学在职教师培训规划就全国来说,多数地区力争到1985年,通过多种形式进修,使小学教师的多数实际文化水平达到中师毕业程度,大多数能胜任和基本胜任教学工作,并有计划地培养一批小学教学骨干。然后,再用三到五年时间,使小学教师的绝大多数文化水平达到中师毕业程度,并完全胜任教学工作。二、坚持分类指导的原则,切实提高培训工作的质量
In January this year, the Ministry of Education issued a circular on strengthening the opinions of on-the-job teachers in primary schools to the Education Bureau (bureau) of provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, and put forward seven opinions on some issues concerning the training of serving teachers in primary schools.
