本文采用室温拉伸试验和金相试验方法对焦炭塔塔体材质物理性质的变化进行了研究,从而分析塔体发生鼓胀变形的原因。结果表明:焦炭塔在长期运转过程中,塔体母材物理性质和微观组织均发生一定的变化,且塔体下部比塔体上部变化更加剧烈。塔体材质的老化,物理性质的改变,冷焦阶段产生的较大应力,以及焊缝金属与塔体母材结构与材料的不连续导致焊趾附近的应力集中等引起的塑性变形积累是造成塔体鼓凸变形的原因。
In this paper, the room temperature tensile test and metallographic test methods were used to study the change of the physical properties of the coke drum tower body, so as to analyze the cause of the tower body bulge deformation. The results show that during the long-term operation of the coke drum, the physical properties and microstructure of the parent material of the tower body all undergo some changes, and the lower part of the tower body changes more intensely than the upper part of the tower body. Accumulation of plastic deformation caused by the aging of the tower body material, the change of the physical property, the large stress generated during the cold coke phase, and the discontinuity of the weld metal and the base metal structure and material of the tower lead to the stress concentration near the weld toe The cause of deformation of tower body bulge.
