自1978年以来,国内有多座高炉先后对分装大批重操作做了尝试,并取得明显的节焦增铁效果.目前有更多的高炉开始使用,其中本钢和梅山高炉已纳入正常生产的装料制度,坚持长期使用.通过本厂几年来的实践,使我们对分装大批重的认识不断深化,并初步摸索出一些内在的规律性.实践证明,分装大批重是钟式高炉充分利用现有设备改善布料的有效途径,是不花代价即可获得高产低耗的一项重要措施.
