为研究用细胞内柔红霉素(DNR)的荧光直方图诊断白血病耐药的方法,用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测了20例急性髓性白血病(AML)的荧光直方图,结合患者的临床耐药表现,耐药细胞的荧光强度诊断界点,耐药指数和荧光指数进行分析。结果,初治4例诊断为药敏,1例诊断为原发耐药;15例有耐药临床表现的病例,12例诊断为经典耐药,3例诊断为再生耐药。该方法可快速、简便、直观地在临床上及时发现和评价白血病耐药的类型和程度,为指导临床制定个体化的化疗方案提供依据
To investigate the method of diagnosing drug resistance of leukemia with fluorescence histogram of intracellular daunorubicin (DNR), fluorescence histograms of 20 patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) were detected by flow cytometry (FCM), combined with The clinical manifestations of drug resistance, the diagnostic points of fluorescence intensity of drug resistant cells, the drug resistance index and the fluorescence index were analyzed. The method can quickly, easily and intuitively detect and evaluate the type and degree of leukemia drug resistance in a timely manner in clinical practice, and provide a basis for guiding the clinical development of individualized chemotherapy regimens.
