目的了解医疗机构放射工作人员眼晶状体混浊与工龄、工种、年龄、性别、年剂量当量的关系。方法对广西从事医用X射线诊断、介入治疗、放射性同位素的工作人员进行体检,用裂隙灯检查眼晶状体混浊情况,然后对体检结果进行归纳分析。结果广西医疗机构放射工作人员眼晶状体混浊率在不同放射工龄、不同年龄、不同年剂量当量间差异有显著性(P<0.01);在不同放射工种、不同级别医院间存在差异;在不同性别间无差异。从事放射性同位素的工作人员眼晶状体混浊率为31.71%,高于其他工种,电离辐射对眼晶状体的损害随工龄增加而加重;基层医院放射人员眼晶状体混浊率为30.95%,高于市级、县级医院。结论为保护放射工作人员健康,应广泛宣传法律法规,加强防护意识,改善放射防护条件,加强放射工作人员的管理。
Objective To understand the relationship between lens opacity and length of service, type of work, age, sex and annual dose equivalent of radiation workers in medical institutions. Methods The medical staff engaged in medical X-ray diagnosis, interventional therapy and radioisotope in Guangxi were examined by using the slit lamp to check the opacity of the lens of the eye. Then the results of the examination were summarized. Results The ophthalmological opacification rate of radiation workers in Guangxi medical institutions was significantly different at different radiation ages, different ages and different annual dose equivalents (P <0.01). There were differences among different radiation workers and hospitals at different levels. No difference. The ophthalmological opacification rate of staff who engaged in radioactive isotopes was 31.71%, which was higher than that of other types of work. The damage of ionizing radiation to the lens of the eye increased with the increase of seniority. The ophthalmic haze of the radiation workers in primary hospitals was 30.95% Grade hospital. Conclusion To protect the health of radiation workers, laws and regulations should be widely publicized, the awareness of protection should be strengthened, the radiation protection conditions should be improved, and the management of radiation workers should be strengthened.
