一、前言在机床制造和维修中,常常碰到导轨扭曲度这个参数的测量问题。有一种测量方法是把水平仪安放在垂直横跨于两导轨的桥板上来测量,若两导轨都是平导轨,则桥板可用一标准圆柱代替。然而,对大跨度的导轨桥板制造麻烦,而对于下导轨的机床更无法使用桥板进行测量。为此,我们介绍一种测量方法,这种方法与“节距法”测量不直度相仿,使扭曲度测量较为方便。测量方法如图1所示,用水平仪以“节距法”把 A 导轨各点 a_0、a_1、a_2、……a_n 和 B 导轨各点b_0、b_1、b_2、……b_n 对应于水平面的高度 h_i 和h_i~′测出来,则可计算出导轨 A 对 B(或 B 对 A)的扭曲
