食品安全与人民群众的利益乃至生命关系密切,涉及社会安定、国家形象和国际关系。文章认为,食品安全信息报道是媒体社会监测功能的重要内容,并探讨了食品安全信息传播的基本规律。
Food safety is closely linked with people’s interests and even life. It involves social stability, national image and international relations. The article holds that food safety information reporting is an important part of media social monitoring function and discusses the basic rules of food safety information dissemination.
