十七大报告提出了加强事业单位改革的战略规划。本文旨在探讨我国事业单位员工在改革进程中的思想意识现状及对绩效的影响。通过对我国事业单位342名员工的实证调研发现,员工的组织政治知觉对工作绩效有显著负面影响,对自愿离职有显著正向影响。在此基础上,对事业单位改革进程中出现的组织政治进行了剖析,从而为事业单位人才管理体制改革提供参考。
The report of the 17th National Congress put forward the strategic plan for strengthening the reform of public institutions. This article aims to explore the status quo of ideological awareness and the impact on the performance of staff in institutions in our country. Through the empirical investigation of 342 employees in our country, we found that the organizational political awareness of employees has a significant negative impact on job performance and has a significant positive impact on voluntary turnover. On this basis, the organizational politics in the course of the reform of public institutions is analyzed, so as to provide a reference for the personnel management system reform in public institutions.
