本文使用旋转岩盘试验仪,在高温,高压旋转运动条件下,将四川二迭系阳新灰岩、震旦系白云岩以及大理石与不同浓度盐酸液(现场配方)进行了旋转反应试验研究。给出80公斤/厘米~2,60℃、500转/分和1000转/分时酸岩反应系统的反应动力学方程;测出盐酸液与大理石和质纯石灰岩反应的反应级数近于1,白云岩和杂质较多的石灰岩的反应级数大于1。试验证明:温度和转速对酸岩反应的反应级数无影响。用不同温度下的酸岩反应数据,算出酸岩反应系统的反应活化能为6910卡/克分子。
In this paper, rotary disk tester is used to study the rotation reaction of Yangxin limestone, Sinian dolomite and marble with different concentrations of hydrochloric acid solution (field formulation) in the Permian in Sichuan Province under high temperature and high pressure rotational motion. The reaction kinetic equations of acid rock reaction system at 80 kg / cm ~ 2, 60 ℃, 500 rev / min and 1000 rev / min were obtained. The reaction orders of reaction between hydrochloric acid solution and marble and pure limestone were found to be close to 1 , The dolomite and limestone with more impurities have a reaction order greater than one. Experiments show that: the temperature and speed of the reaction of acid rock reaction series no effect. Using the acid-rock reaction data at different temperatures, the activation energy of the acid-rock reaction system was calculated as 6910 calories per mole.
