左心发育不良综合征(HLH)是新生儿早期出现心肺窘迫和早期死亡的主要原因。在尚无条件开展有效的外科治疗情况下,应用二维超声心动图(2DE)早期诊断HLH,使患儿避免不必要的进一步检查,具有重要现实意义。随着对HLH姑息性手术的开展和成功,要求对HLH的解剖畸形和血流动力学障碍进行更加深入的研究,2DE对HLH的早期诊断可为此提供有利的先决条件。我院1987～1990年期间经2DE诊断的HLH5例报告如下。
Left heart hypoplasia syndrome (HLH) is the main cause of early neonatal cardiopulmonary distress and early death. In the absence of effective surgical treatment, the application of two-dimensional echocardiography (2DE) early diagnosis of HLH, so that children to avoid unnecessary further examination, with important practical significance. With the development and success of palliative surgery for HLH, which requires further investigation of the anatomical and hemodynamic deficiencies of HLH, early diagnosis of HLH by 2DE may provide favorable preconditions for this. Our hospital from 1987 to 1990 by 2DE diagnosis of HLH5 cases are as follows.
