选择性支气管动脉造影、化疗和栓塞治疗中晚期肺癌和大咯血抢救已在国内广泛开展,并取得较满意的疗效,而其出现的并发症,尤其是脊髓损伤却成为辣手的问题。现将我院所遇到的脊髓损伤1例进行讨论和分析。病例报告男性,78岁,右肺中央型肺癌伴阻塞性肺炎,用38%泛影葡胺在西门子1000mA 胃肠造影机下作支气管动脉推注造影剂点片,显示支气管的动脉与肋间动脉共干,未见明显脊髓动脉,灌注药物为先锋必2g,5-Fulg,MMC20mg,CBP 300mg,术中诉咽喉热,喉痒,口
