本文报道用分光光度法测量人体异烟肼血药浓度。用三氯醋酸沉淀血浆中蛋白，上清液中异烟肼与１，２－萘醌－４－磺酸钠反应呈色，于４７０ｎｍ测其吸收度。采用标准曲线法计算血药浓度。其平均相对回收率为１０１．６％，ＲＳＤ为３．４％。方法简便、快速、较准确。以此法测量一般片与缓释片的异烟肼在体内血药浓度的变化，结果较好。
This article reports the spectrophotometric measurement of human isoniazid plasma concentration. Plasma protein was precipitated with trichloroacetic acid, the isoniazid in the supernatant was reacted with sodium 1,2-naphthoquinone-4-sulfonate, and the absorbance was measured at 470 nm. Using standard curve method to calculate plasma concentration. The average relative recovery was 101.6% with a RSD of 3.4%. Method is simple, fast, more accurate. This method to measure the general tablets and sustained release tablets of isoniazid in plasma concentration changes, the result is better.
