材料和方法:30例新生儿手术患儿,年龄2小时~28天,男14例,女16例;经检查除外甲状腺疾病,手术时间在0.5~1.0小时之间,麻醉方法为气管插管静脉复合麻醉。取术前1日,术后第1,3,7和14天股静脉血3ml,用放射免疫测定法对血清甲状腺激素定量分析,结果见表。术后1~3天内血T_3、T_4水平显著下降(P<0.01),而rT_3极显著增高(P<0.01),术后7天血T_3、T_4,rT_3恢复正常水平,同时发现3例术后第1天T_4<65ng/ml者,病情危重,2例死亡。
MATERIALS AND METHODS: Thirty newborns with age from 2 hours to 28 days, 14 males and 16 females were enrolled. Thyroid disease was excluded except for 0.5 to 1.0 hour after operation. The anesthesia method was intubated Compound anesthesia. The levels of T_3, T_4 and rT_3 in blood returned to their normal levels at 7 days after operation. On the first day of T_4 <65ng / ml, critically ill, 2 patients died.
