报道老年性白内障７５７只眼眼球轴长和角膜曲率的特征、分布及二者的相互关系：眼球轴长范围１９．５３～３３．７４ｍｍ，平均为２３．８１±２．２６ｍｍ，长轴眼百分比为２１．８％，＞２７ｍｍ的眼为８．６％；角膜曲率范围为３９．７５～５０．５０Ｄ，平均为４４．４７±０．７８Ｄ。短轴眼随轴长变短角膜曲率增加显著，长轴眼随轴长变长角膜曲率无明显变小。测得康明人工晶体Ａ常数为１１６．８６，Ｃ值如下时误差最小：＋１．５（轴长２１．０～＜２２．０ｍｍ），０（轴长２２．０～２４．５ｍｍ），─０．５（轴长＞２４．５ｍｍ、＞２７．０ｍｍ、＞２８．５ｍｍ）。
