由于β-外毒素对家蝇三龄幼虫的毒性和几种抗癌药相似,且能抑制昆虫脱皮或变态时RNA和DNA的合成,为此,我们进行了体内抗肿瘤实验。 (一)β-外毒素对小鼠S18腹水型癌细胞数的影响实费用CFW小鼠,体重18~22克,雌雄皆有,在无菌条件下给每只动物腹腔接种生长7天的小鼠S180腹水型瘤细胞5×10~6个,接种后24小时随机分组给药,对照组小鼠腹腔注射生理盐水O.2毫升/只,实验组小鼠腹腔注射不同剂量的β-外毒素,每日一次,连续给药5天,末次给药的次日处死动物,取出全部腹水,用生理盐水反复冲洗腹腔5次,再用血细胞计算板计数全腹腔癌细胞总数,观察结果见表
